There is no return or refund once the product is sold. We strive hard to check each item before shipping. In the event that there is still product damage during transit or due to manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days after the order is received either by replying to your order email or via our website Contact Form.

Do return us the product in its original packaging with your proof of purchase. Once the defect/s is/are confirmed by the relevant supplier, we will send you a replacement directly.
